What We Did Today

Hee~ I think from now on, we'll have a short 'report' thing on what we do during cell k? Anyone can report, or write about your thoughts towards the discussions we have during cell time. Here's Arlene, reporting live from her home, after an afternoon of cell group with a bunch of wonderful people...

We had a short 'guessing' game today to get to know one another better. We wrote down on pieces of paper (1) Something no one knows about us, (2) something positive about ourselves, and (3) something we would like to change in ourselves for the new year. Guess there were some pretty interesting things we learnt about one another right, even though some were totally predictable...haha

We had a short activity on goal setting. :) Through it, we can learn a few important things.
1) We must set goals/targets on our own, and not let others set them for us.
2) We should set realistic targets
3) We must abide by the rules in reaching those goals--God's rules!
4) Just as we have our own targets/resolutions/goals for 2005, we also should remember the goals we have set as a cell group to achieve together!

Yups, hope today's cell was uplifting for you guys, even as we shared and prayed in our small groups. Look forward to the year ahead with all of you! *hugz*
